I can't say I've ever heard of Lucid Dreaming until I read your comment and decided to go research it on the internet, I Think I might of actually had one of those before. (I'm not much of a sleeper, In fact I sleep like a factory mannequin just so my hair doesn't get messed up in the mornings)
But I must say I find it quite shocking to believe that any dream could be researched scientifically. =0

i had a pretty messed up dream months ago and i still remember it i think i was because i played too much/too little Half Life
i dreamnt i was Gordon Freeman and i had woken up in the middle of a destroyed city i had the HEV suit on and thought that Gman might have dropped me off here
i decided to look around and found a gun and it was loaded so i took it with me i then proceeded on i saw a guard and asked what the hell was going on he asked who i was i told him my name he then opened fired at me! so i had to kill him i took his gun and made a run for it
then i saw my old house it was destroyed soon a scavenger appeared and asked who i was i told him who i was and he was elated! he took me in and explained what happend then a knock on the door..
i opened it ready to shoot if it was a guard it wasent it was someone i knew from school and even though i hated her i was so glad to know someone i knew was alive
they were taking me to a base and then we were attacked by striders then what happend after that? i do not remember

Fact in a way... I think this kinda was a Lucid Dream, because even though I was Peter Parker I was aware that I was actually from England and not New York, so a part of me knew I wasn't meant to be Spider-man but I was kinda stuck I that scenario.
yea i think your right about my skills improving i go to the libary at times to play HL Multiplayer and i'm usually the winner there becuase i was strategic i always did find myself to make strategy's at times!
hell in games that had Sniper Rifle's i was a genius at it it was always so easy to snipe out targets!
